Artist Spotlight: Tillie Newcomb

To me, collage is special. We can create our subjects and their worlds from anything. I was inspired to make a piece that in collage felt disjointed and a bit overwhelming, but when translated into drawing it felt more cohesive. At times like these we find ourselves disjointed and a bit separated and disconnected, but perhaps a reframe would allow us to make more sense of the world we are living in.
